At the response from the young Anakin a slight grimace appeared on her face. Announcing her presence should have been the first thing that she had done. Her arrival and out of the blue questioning seemed to have startled him and made him stop what he was doing. Quite like a child who was doing something wrong. It made her wonder whether or not he was supposed to be fiddling with the robot or be in the middle of the Castle corridor.

When R2 made a noise that she took as a greeting, Myka smiled and was relieved to notice that the young Anakin had relaxed as well. Had he not, she was uncertain how she would handle whatever happened otherwise. She gave R2 a little wave in response to the greeting unsure of how else to respond to the droid.

As he went into the explanation of what a Repulsorlift was she merely nodded. Myka understood the basic gist of what he had just explained. Not truly understanding when it came to the more complex science involved. But anti-gravity technology was basic and easy to understand at least in concept form. "Do you mind if I stay and watch?"
