Master Obi-Wan... it seems he feels he has no purpose here. I want to help him find something that gives him purpose, but I don't know what I could do.

Things are a lot different here. As the students we attend classes, you both have jobs and we continue our training but we don't have missions anymore. Even when the galaxy wasn't at war there were always still missions.

[A small shrug of her shoulders.]

Maybe while we're on break he could take me and Ani out for survival training.

Not every Jedi did that. Some didn't devote their life to missions. Some focused on training others or studying the Force.

[Anakin wanted to point out that Obi-Wan had rejected the suggestion that his purpose was now the people around him, but he kept that to himself.]

That might give him a few days of something to do. But I think he wants something sustainable, long term.
