	Correct. There are different countries on different ~~contin~~ landmasses. Each country has its own government. I was born in the country of the United States of America. (That's the formal name.) Countries more or less do what they want, with the goal of keeping other countries and so forth happy, still allies, and so on. To cut it down to a really crude concept.
