Blaise honestly hadn't known what date to choose as he wasn't much for wooing. Usually he gave a few looks and a whispered promise for the night and never dawned their arm again. Of course there had been a few that he'd charmed but it never lasted long. When they began to want more than the courtesy dinner and occasional club before a night of vigerous exercise he cut them loose.
In fact, old habits die hard. He'd spent entirely too much time today wondering how his dark hands would look against her light skin. It was a good thing they'd had an interpreter with them the majority of the day or he'd have come up with quite a few spots they could have enjoyed a little longer.
When she fell into step beside him, Blaise decided that he might as well treat this the way he imagined a real date should go and slipped an arm around her waist to pull her slightly closer as they walked. "I work in magical games and sports and they wanted an insiders view of how this sort of game goes so I was compelled as the only eligible batchelor in the office to apply. And you?"
