Summary: Lavender takes a moment to open her journal

I've hardly thought to use this thing so far. But I feel like I need a bit of shade today after so many days out in the sun, so it seems to be the perfect opportunity to put quill to parchment.
When I arrived here, I think I was a bit skeptical. But I feel like I'm starting to make connections that I might not otherwise have made. Which is probably what I needed to do with my love life. Just open my eyes to more possibilities, I suppose.
Since us ladies get to pick this weekend, I guess I have plenty more time to build on all this.
