Re: Millicent
Millicent wished, oh how she wished, that it was up to someone else to choose or not choose tonight. Her hands felt ice cold but she knew her cheeks were a bit flushed. Her parents likely weren't going to approve in the least; and honestly, she couldn't be certain of anything herself. But she found herself interested in someone, genuinely interested, though with not clue at all as to whether it was viable or welcome or what.
She smiled, though, at Cináed, knowing she was horrible at baring her real self in public, especially. "I can't say it's true love," she said with honesty. At least not yet. "But I think there's potential. I like you, Cináed, a lot. You're interesting, and intriguing." And very very attractive. Oh yes. "If you'd like, I'd really enjoy to get to know you better and see if there's something there."
