It's called a short sword for a reason, Niblet. It's travel sized.

Plus, in a pinch, you can still fend off the baddies with it if you need to.

Oi! I haven't intentionally tried to scare the boy at all. Might have accidentally been a bit grumpy with the lad a month or so back, but beyond that I've been the bloody model of civility.

Even after coming back from our trip to find the scent of him all over the place too.

That you are, luv. I didn't say otherwise, or even mention it to your sis. Still being an adult means being a tad considerate too...like to your brother in law, and his enhanced sense of smell.

You'll always be my little Niblet, but I'm doing the best I can to treat you as a grown up too. As evidenced by the fact that I haven't eaten your boy friend. ;p

You're welcome, and thanks. Honestly I'm a tad surprised you haven't started asking bout moving in to your own place with the boy. I mean, I know you'd miss my cooking, but I figured not having to deal with living in close quarters with your big sis and I would be tempting.

And Carl is a capable young man so I know you two will be okay. Like Spike said, make sure you wear sunscreen and avoid the water. I don't want you getting sick there.
