"Are you kidding? I am surrounded by amazing food," Zari said, smiling enthusiastically now. "What's not to enjoy?"

There was the whole social thing. She knew it wasn't always easy for some, herself included. She was the opposite. So much of what she did back home was online. She was lucky the Waverider crew found her when they did. They helped her realize that not everyone in the world was terrible. Being in Madison Valley was reinforcing that even more.

"And I kind of agree it is better to meet in person." She would not have said that just a few years ago.
