Ice cream is a summer delight. Though we make frozen mochi, which is fun too.

As soon as it starts to warm up, I'm game for ice cream. I've never had frozen mochi before.

There are so many flavors to choose from, too. I'll keep you in mind when I make done this summer, if you'd like to try them.
