Even though Lorna had been joking about wanting to know how to start up the end of the world, it was interesting. Sounded a bit like the war between humans and mutants minus the fact it would end the whole, more just a certain species at the end of it. Though the question was whether it’d be the humans or the mutants winning, but that wasn’t really something she wanted to be thinking about at the moment. It still put her on edge to know she wasn’t home fighting, and was here doing...well nothing that involved the fighting. She didn’t have anyone to train, anyone to protect, and it was different after all the years of fighting and training people to not have that. “You’re a what?” The confusion showed on Lorna’s face for only a moment. “I’ve heard the other two terms before, but not the first one.” Then again the terms in her world might mean something different in Llewellyn’s world.
Lorna had to admit to a certain degree it sounded way to much like her own world though it was more humans fearing the mutants. Then you had the government fighting the mutants while some mutants fought back. Llewelly’s was more extreme with angels and all that shit, but Lorna noticed some common ground with the whole thing. “So it wasn’t like the host was all living a great life, having a family, and you just took over,” Lorna said before realizing how that might come across. “Not saying that’s what you do just making sure. Do you get to pick your host or no? Like if two different people were getting ready to go at the same time, do you get to choose which body?” Lorna raised an eyebrow slightly, wanting an answer since it was rare for her to be interested in anything. Usually, she avoided asking people things to avoid the questions back about her own life.
It did mean something to Lorna that Llewelly was open and honest even if Lorna wasn’t always all that open. Though considering how much Llewelly was sharing, Lorna would probably open up a bit if asked; however, she wasn’t going to say that aloud to try to avoid it. “Tell me about it. I don’t get the interest at all. Never in my life have I’ve seen a pregnant woman and been like ‘Oh let me touch’ it’s just weird.”
