WHO: Daisy Johnson & Wash.
WHAT: Fearing the worst.
WHERE: Wash's apartment.
WHEN: Early Thursday morning.
WARNINGS: Talk of death.
STATUS: Closed/Ongoing.
Like most people Daisy had a routine she followed in the morning when she woke up. The fact the sun hadn't risen again wasn't going to stop her from following that routine. The power being out though, that would, you couldn't make coffee without power. With that part of her routine out the window she went to check the network. Every morning since she'd arrived here she'd checked the network to see what was going on but when she tried to connect all she got was an error message. Yet another sign things were bad.
A bad feeling settled in the pit of her stomach as she tried refreshing just incase it was a glitch but nothing happened. Slowly panic started to rise as she tried not to think about what it meant. With no way of checking if more people had disappeared she began to worry. At least if the rest of the team had gone she'd get to see them again back home but there were some she knew she'd never see again once they left this place. In a rush she pulled on some clothes, not even really paying attention to what she was putting on before she grabbed her keys and ran out the door.
Daisy hated losing people, she'd lost more people than she cared to count. It was why she'd not let herself get too close to anyone here for so long and the moment she did it threatened to tear them away from her. She tried not to panic as she ran towards Wash's apartment, she had to know he was still here. She hadn't said goodbye yet, she didn't want to until she absolutely had to but now she couldn't help but think she'd left it too late. It didn't take her long to reach his apartment, having nearly run the whole way there. She was too worked up to really focus her power and tell if someone was in his apartment so she hammered on the door, muttering under her breath, praying he was still here and she hadn't lost him yet.
When the door opened she nearly sobbed in relief, not giving him a chance to say anything before she had flung her arms around him and was hugging him tightly. "Thank god you're still here," she said, her voice trembling with emotion as tears started to slip down her cheeks. It was only then she realized that it was early and she'd basically banged down his door. "Sorry, I... the power was out and the network is down and I... I got scared you might be gone and I needed to see you." She didn't dare let him go, too afraid this place would make him vanish from right in front of her if she did.
