Warnings: she's a wolf, she can't talk :) but she'll play with you

The change had taken less time than before, the moon called to her. Unlike many of the wolves here, she retained the ability to understand humans. It was great, actually. It let her have fun with people.

After the last few days she needed a real run, Wolfan, her wolf was tired and confused. Running was heaven, it cleared her mind and she had a lot on it.

So she set off from the apartment and out into the forest. The Wolf was black, with a splash of white across her nose, her eyes a brilliant blue. She was smaller than the werewolves back home but larger than most any other wolf.

When she stumbled upon someone she sat back on her haunches and gave them a doggy grin.

Sebastian was definitely not a forest sort of guy. Quite the opposite, really. He hated the woods. They were dirty and full of bugs and pollen and lots of things he didn't know about but really never wanted to encounter.

But he'd decided to cut through the forest on the way home, because from where he'd been it saved him a few minutes walking time and he was tired and a little bit drunk. Which was why when a large wolf ran into him, it took him a while to decide if that was a real wolf, or a strange figment of his imagination.

Looking at it closely, it was pretty clear. It was a real wolf.

He shrieked, and took a step back.

"Go away, beast!"

	Anna just laid down and stared at him, like really then actively pushed out the calm. She wasn't just some beast and the wolf rankled at that but Anna was more logical. She just thumped her tail at him, and rolled those blue eyes. Yipping once as she laid her head on her paws. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Sebastian calmed down a little, without really knowing why. It was still a big terrifying wolf that was probably figuring out how to eat him right at this moment, but he just...felt calmer about the whole thing. Which was super strange. "Are you a wolf? 	Anna just laid there and tried very hard to make herself look like she wasn't going to eat him (she wasnt). She shook her head no to the first then nodded to the second. Added tail thump for the fun of it. She whined softly, as if to try to say yep, werewolf, thanks. Not that it really worked. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Since Sebastian had never had any sort of interaction with a werewolf before, no, it didn't work. He didn't really even like big dogs, and wolves were far, far scarier. He tried to stand tall and act like he was brave and not afraid, but it was fairly certain that Anna could smell the fear coming off of him in waves. Her calming was helping, but the fear was definitely there and had to be calmed in the first place.

"It's freaky, you know? Being a werewolf?"

	Anna just left the calming in place, pushing it as she could. She didn't have a ton of peace to share, but she waa giving it. She hatred the scent of fear, it made her sad. Anna nodded her head, it was freaky she knew. It was scary, she knew. She wagged her tail lazily like a dogs. Keeping low and trying to look as friendly as possible. 	Thing was, there was only so nice a wolf with great big fangs could look. Sebastian crossed his arms across his chest nervously, looking at her skeptically. "Do you eat people? 	Anna rolled her eyes and vehemently shook her head no, even made as much of a disgusted face as she could muster. No way! Who came up with the idea that they ate people!? Stir shook her head, that was gross and she shuddered at the idea. Why would anyone do that? She didn't even like the thought of attacking people. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Sebastian didn't quite believe that. After all, could you really take a werewolf at her word? They were evil. It was like trusting a demon, or something. Really stupid. "So...that means you're not going to eat me if I turn around and head back towards town?" The long way home didn't seem so bad now. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Luke sensed something strange about the creature when he saw it. It didn't have the same Force presence most animals did. It felt like something more, but he couldn't place it. It didn't try to attack him, so he didn't go for his lightsaber for the moment. "It's all right. I mean no harm." he said. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Anna looked up at him and thumped his tail this one was nicer than the first. The first she'd crossed screamed at her. This one was kinder. She thumped her tail on the ground and gave him a wofly grin, tongue lolling out, looking as friendly as possible. She tried to look friendly anyway. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Luke was probably used to a lot more variety of beings in his world than a lot of people, and that was good. He didn't get scared as easily as others might have. "At least you seem friendly." he said. "I don't get surprised easy. There are a lot of different kinds of beings where I'm from. A few are scary, but I don't like to jump to conclusions, either." Anna decided he was alright and rolled over onto her side, tail thumping playfully. She yipped at him then rolled back onto her feet and kicked snow at him, still grinning a little.

It was her way of saying, thanks, and look I am friendly. She pranced in place a little, inviting him to play as if she were a dog for a few if he would like. Anna never minded, because it kept her looking nice and friendly to people if she wasn't against playing fetch.

And snowballs were fun to cathc.

	Luke laughed and reached down to pet her, then returned a little of the snow kick. It was definitely better in the snow here than the wasteland Hoth was. At least it could be fun here. (Reply to this) (Parent)
