Who: Quinn & Open What: Shopping? When: Thursday Where: Mall
With New Year's Eve in two days, Quinn made it her goal to hit the mall as soon as her schedule would allow. Being that it was Winter Break, it was more about being lazy and lacking drive than anything. Besides, Quinn was not a fan of the cold, but waiting till the last minute did not permit the luxury of ordering something online and around noon, she found herself in one of the many stores in the mall, digging around in the clearance bin for any sight of a suitable set of earrings. Quinn did have money and she far from cheap on anything, but with Christmas over? The deals were fabulous on a lot of things and the blond sought to take advantage of them if and when possible. More than likely, you would not find anything you wanted. The stuff on clearance was usually everything someone didn't want in the first place or they just returned for the similar reason. Still, it was worth a shot if she found something decent for an evening out for New Year's Eve. Thankfully, her lovely girlfriend had always supplied the dress, a vintage, bold, but classy style, and all Quinn had to worry about was finding a few things to add to all that flare and fashion.
So far, there was nothing and with a partial, frustrated sigh, the blond relinquished her space at one of the many clearance bins and started towards the shoes. Oh, she had plenty of them already, but like most women or, at least, a good majority, she lived on the rule one could never have too many. This included purses too and she did have a decent idea what shoes would wear, but it was always profitable to look, especially with all the deals and potential savings. She was looking for something a tad more classic to fit the look, but a few steps in and she was disheartened. The aisle looked as if a tornado or two and blown threw it. Empty boxes, tissue paper, and random shoes were scattered around and Quinn took a deep breath to calm herself. This was going to take hours; she decided to focus on what remained on the shelves instead because, as she reminded herself, this was merely a luxury and thankfully not a necessity.
