Who - Sam Winchester and OPEN
What - Exploring.
When - Monday afternoon/evening.
Where - Around town, he's trying to find the library.
Rating - Not sure yet, probably low.
Sam had barely slept for the last two nights. His brain had gone into overdrive trying to understand what was happening and how he had gotten here. He had purposefully avoided anyone, including his brother, until he could get his head round things a bit. Ok, so it wasn't unusual for him and Dean to be pulled into an alternate reality, but there was usually a reason for it. It was normally part of the grand plan of an angel or a demon, and they could normally find a way to get back. Sam couldn't fathom this place, the seemingly random nature of who was brought here and that they couldn't get out unless some unknown force sent them back.
He had managed to find his way to the apartment he had been allocated and had spent a lot of time on the internet on the laptop they had provided for him. He hadn't ventured out for anything other than the necessity of eating and then had returned to his apartment and his research. He was sure there must be something he could find to suggest that there was a way out. After searching for the better part of 48 hrs he had come to a dead end and conceded that he wasn't going to find anything this way. He closed down the laptop and jumped in the shower.
After getting dressed he supposed it was time to familiarise himself with his surroundings, especially if he didn't know how long he was going to be here. He headed out, pulling the door closed behind him and he started to walk down the street. He couldn't quite switch off research mode, however, so he decided if he was going to have to explore he might as well start by finding out where the library was. Maybe he could find something in the town records or history that might give him some clue as to what was going on. He turned a corner onto the main street and looked around for a map or information point, anything that might send him in the right direction.
