Cami smiled, one of her genuine ones. "Yes, you do. Thank you." She laughed at Eris using current colloquialisms. "I can't tell if that hurt you to say or not." She meant keeping it real.
She could tell that Eris missed home. As a therapist she picked up on these things, but...she couldn't help her sort of friend. Cami couldn't help him home or bring his court to him. His homesickness reminded her how lucky she was to have Marcel and Elijah here especially, even if she missed Josh and Davina a lot. Eris would eventually work through the feelings or not, but obviously she would be an empathetic ear if he ever wanted one (though she thought that would involve pigs flying).
