It was hard losing Lucky -- he hated to admit it, especially when he was fully aware that Madison Valley liked to take people away just as easily as it liked to bring people into the town. Xavier had come and gone, as had his mother and Jean Grey along with Terezi and various others. He should have expected it. There still had been a part of him that had hoped that Lucky would be different, that she would remain in town.
Luckily, Tabitha was still here, and he would always remain grateful for that. Grateful for her presence in town, as well as for the fact that she had stayed with him during the days immediately following Lucky's disappearance. Now he had become accustomed to her being here -- not just for sex, but for cuddles and conversations and keeping his mind off of everything.
Kurt climbed onto the couch beside Tabitha, a piece of pizza in his hand. He nibbled on the slice of pizza, eyeing the Netflix selection she had made. "Are we sure about this?" he asked. Though he did tend to like whatever movie she chose.
"When are you going to get the rest of your stuff and bring it over here?" he asked. "I can help, you know."
