Gibbs noticed that the place was filling up around him, so he wasn't surprised when someone had asked to join him. Having company didn't sound like the worst thing in the world, so he nodded his head slightly and pointed to the chair across from him.
"Sure" he responded, master of the one word response that he was. It wasn't that he couldn't talk, more that he believed in saving his words for when he actually needed them.
It would be nice to to get some more information about this place, so perhaps talking to this man would help. Though he didn't have much hope there, because most didn't seem to know anymore than he had already found out.
