Title: Laying The Ghosts, III
Challenges: Snape's private quarters [info]snape100, ghosts [info]lupin100
Word Count: 100
Note: this immediately follows "The Halloween Dance" and continues the de-aged Snape plot begun a couple of weeks ago.

"You should not be here."

Remus jerked upright at the hollow voice. The Bloody Baron floated before him. "The Headmistress allowed - "

"Not without him." The Baron edged closer. "The clues are all here. He will know what to do, here in his old rooms."

"He's a child again. Sometimes he remembers himself and his old life. Most of the time he doesn't." Remus looked the ghost straight in the eye. "Minerva - "

"Do you fear him remaining as he is, or as he was?"

Remus opened his mouth to speak, but the Baron had faded into mist.

Intriguing! This feels like a major plot point, and how cool that the Baron may know the key.
