"Rather," said Lupin. He stared at the cheerful non-moving print of fishing boats with eyes painted on the bow. "They wouldn't let me leave the States until I'd paid the Healers. They say 'write what you know' and it was that or Dark Arts for Dummies, and since they already have one of those, I was stuck."

"Same here." Snape summoned a long rubber band and looped it about his ankle. "Spot me?"

"Of course," said Lupin as Snape began his physical therapy exercises.
