Title: Guaranteed, or Your Money Back!
Challenges: Patented Daydream Charm [info]snape100, Remus/Tonks [info]lupin100
Note: this is part of the sequence that began with Take Your Son, Sir!. The sequence will conclude tomorrow.

"With our compliments, gents!" George Weasley beamed as his old professors stared at the Patent Daydream Charms. "They're now guaranteed to produce thirty minutes of blissful daydreams, or your money back!"

"That's nice, George, but you didn't charge us for these," said Lupin. "You're certain?"

"Absolutely tip-top first quality," said George. "No ex-wives turning into harpies."

"Dora didn't - "

"And no Voldemort tap dancing."

"The Dark Lord didn't - "

"Sweet dreams!" He disappeared as the chairs reformed themselves into chaise lounges.

Snape and Lupin stared at each other. Then, in unison, they lifted the candies to their mouths.

I'm glad there's another drabble to go in this series -- I'm looking forward to reading the resolution.
