"And now, Mr. Snape…"
Severus trembled as the ruler smacked against Lupin's hand. One…two…three…four….
"I'm sure I've been terribly bad." He gnawed his lip and fluttered his lashes. "I'm so sorry you'll have to punish me."
"Punish you? Is that all you think this is?" Lupin drew the ruler down Severus' face. "I think you'll think that detention with me is a bit - more - "
"Severus? Remus?" Minerva's voice at the door. "You're late for the staff meeting!"
Remus rolled his eyes. Severus growled as he transfigured his old uniform back into teaching robes.
So much for privacy.
