She knew that life at his place was often pretty stressful. She also knew that there was nothing she could really do about it. Or so she thought. Cyn was not the type of girl who believed she could change someone's world so quickly. She knew he was happy, but the fact that she helped him out on his worst days would make her feel quite embarrassed and pleased at the same times. Who would have thought that she would care about how much she effected his world? But now all that mattered was a nice meal. Wine- albeit cheap, Barefoot wine- and steal seemed perfect. Maybe some steamed vegetables? She would work on that later. Or just ask him. That would work, too. Why was she so frazzled and excited? Not like it her her life that had just given his father a middle finger for not being supportive. It was her boyfriend's middle finger. Verbally, any way. But she was occupied getting everything together to really notice, which was good, considering the way she would have reacted if she saw his L-bomb. That would have gotten a very different reaction. One that would have resembled being a little scared.
The moment Luca was in the apartment, thoughts on that stopped. It didn't matter what happened. Who had been told off. What their future looked like now that he had a very different career path. Nothing accept for getting to the door and giving him a hug. Not even a kiss was on her mind. She wanted to show him how happy she was for him. The moment he started spinning in her arms, her smile grew and she leaned up into the kiss before stepping flat-footed again. "I don't care what he said, I'm really happy for you, babe." she told him with a big smile on her face before kissing him again on the cheek. At their feet was the tell-tale sign of a jealous bulldog trying to get some Luca-styled loving as well and Cyn took a step back. "Apparently Tank is, too. Did you get a job then?" Her hands drifted down to his waist slowly, stopped at his belt. Though she was just smiling up at him, her eyes were glowing with excitement for him.
