With All Hallow's Eve, came mischief. And where there was mischief, there was fae. So with the holiday a week away, so began seven days of hijinks.

Friday morning just before daybreak, suspiciously small footprints were bedecked with ghostly white paint and googly eyes would be left in front of every student dormitory door that was occupied.

And maybe, just maybe, a few select faculty would find similar footprint ghosts in front of their office doors - for the perpetrator, if nothing else, was bound to end up somewhere she wasn't supposed to be.

The loud music could be heard thumping from the lawn, and as students approached, the halls around them seemed to suck in light rather than give it. Brightly colored tiles led the way to the gym, where a pair of heavy black curtains blocked view of what lay beyond them. As students stepped through them, everything exploded into ( glowing, vibrant, malicious neon. )
