Prince Announces Record-Breaking Ball by Seymore Shnazzle Prince Phillipe Leopold Henri Marie Alain of Belgium has announced that he will host the grandest gala of the season in his London home to the tune of nearly seven hundred guests, or for laymen nearly anyone that is "anyone." The upper crust is scrambling to prepare for such a momentous occasion, as well as those from the economic sector who say that this year's food and entertainment demands are shattering the piggy banks of lords and ladies everywhere. Anecdotally, this journalist was told that the current season has also turned out the largest crop of young, fresh debutantes in decades. ~An Announcement~ You are cordially invited to a Masquerade Ball hosted by Prince Phillipe Leopold Henri Marie Alain this First day of August, Eighteen hundred Eighty-three. Festivities will begin promptly at Seven o'clock and will include Live Musical Performances and Dancing. Refreshments will be served throughout the evening.
