hello! i finally have some time today so i figured i would go ahead and throw this up now. this is jieun, currently 20 and an international studies student at korea university (provided i don't change my mind about some details). she was born in busan and lived there until she was 5, when her family moved to new york for her father's job, and then returned when she was 14 after her parents separated. she moved to seoul when she decided to go to school there but still relies on the kindness of nearby friends and family to survive because she sucks at cooking and other such adult responsibilities. she's generally pretty outgoing and friendly, although she can occasionally be thoughtless about feelings when they don't line up with her priorities, and if you're not careful she will take any opening to tell you all about international politics. and/or about how beast is the best group around, or whatever else is on her mind at any given moment. sorry. other than that she's always happy to throw down at karaoke, loves traveling and basketball, and is weak to all animals.
as for lines, she could really use just about everything! i'd love a sibling or two and other family, friends, classmates, job suggestions and any coworkers that would come with it, someone she can heart eyes at, fellow busan natives, pretty much all the things that we could work out!

definitely still working on piecing him together, but i think i have a good outershell of him so far! meet jung raewon, a 20 year old busan native with a heavy lisp. as a student of konkuk university, he's currently a chemistry major with hopes of entering medical school. the aspiration? to practice cellular and molecular medicine. when he's not being a student and an assistant researcher during the day, he is - on the hush, hush - a tattoo artist. talented with art since he was young, he was introduced to tattoo subculture when he sixteen by his older brother. by eighteen, he began practicing his art on those willing and has since gained a following through word of mouth (his credits will be from: here). of course, since he's tattooing ~illegally~ (considering he's not medically licensed yet), he can only work out of his private studio through appointments set via instagram DM. for this, all his clients know him by the anagram 'r.own'.
aside from his ~wannabe secret life~, he's actually a real simple kid. he likes movie binging and going into bookstores to sniff at new books (kids' books are his fav. he likes the feeling of nostalgia). he likes to draw families in parks (sometimes he sets up a little artist station for free) and take pictures of the beach when he's back in busan. he's extremely family oriented and is super close to his grandma, he tells her everything and she was the first to know and accept that he's a 3 on the kinsey scale (the rest of the family came to know and accept years after). he never knows how to stop shaking when he's nervous and he thinks people who don't say thank you when you leave the door open for them are extremely rude.
also, he's a sprite addict.
that said, he could use everything! friends from school, friends from failed online dating, tattoo clients (regular or new), friday night bar buddies, exes, and an older brother would be great. however, for the older brother role - we were hoping for a specific face so maybe friends of his older brother that he's bugged since he was a smol laddie would be better for now! i'm more than happy to brainstorm and fill anything you are looking for as well! :)
