Lydia nodded, she thought it was on Monday. And she was happy to go with Sam. It'd be good to have Cas there too, he might know about things the doctor didn't. The doctor would be thinking science when clearly what was happening to Sam was more supernatural. It was similar to Lydia. Therapy hadn't helped her because whatever was going on with her was not psychological.
Lydia took a seat on Sam's couch, not too close to Castiel. "Just water for me, please." She requested. Her fake parents might flip out if she came home smelling like alcohol. They actually seemed to notice the things Lydia did here. She missed Allison, and her friends from home. They'd been trying to figure out what was going on with Lydia as well. Everyone seemed clueless. But it was nice to have new friends too. And she definitely saw Sam as a friend, so it was easy enough to see Cas that way.
She crossed her legs, leaning back against the sofa a bit, as she looked from Sam to Cas, consideriing his question. A lot of things had been different but pinpointing them was a whole other issue. She shook her head. "It started with the hallucinations." At least she thought they were hallucinations. "And then at my birthday party, I spiked the punch with Wolfsbane and kidnapped Derek." And then she'd used Derek to bring Peter back from the dead. Cas knew that part already. "But I didn't even know I was doing it." She hadn't been in control at all.
"And I was able to get through to Jackson when no one else could." She added, wondering if it had been her abilities or love that had gotten through to him. She figured that either way it was important enough to mention. "After that, I thought it was over...but I keep going into a fugue state. That was how I found Sam. And that was what I thought happened when I first got here."
