Lydia was worried about Sam. He was the first friend she'd made since she'd gotten to this place. There was a lot going on with her too. She was much more concerned for Sam, though. He was nice and those headaches he was having couldn't be normal. And all of the things he'd told her really worried her even more. She was glad there was someone else here that might be able to help him now, a friend from Sam's home.
Lydia didn't know much about Castiel, but she trusted him instantly. That was likely because she knew he was a friend of Sam. Castiel and Sam knew more about her than anyone here. And Castiel might even be able to figure out what was up with her. But that wasn't high priority. Sam was. He'd been through some heavy stuff, and not just anyone could survive something like that. Sam was strong, and Lydia definitely wanted to make sure he would be fine. That was why she was going to the doctor's appointment with him.
Castiel showed up as promised, but she didn't even really get a chance to say hi to him before he teleported them? The next thing Lydia knew, they were standing in Sam's living room. That was a handy trick. Lydia figured being an angel came with all kinds of interesting abilities. Sam had told her that most of them were dicks but not Cas. She kind of liked him, already.
"Hi Sam." Lydia said, when she recovered from the moment. "And it's nice to meet you, Castiel." She really hoped they could help Sam. She looked around a bit, even though this wasn't the first time she'd been in Sam's house. If only her fake parents knew what she was up to.
