A
rash of break-ins has struck Limerick City. The culprits seem to mainly be targeting commercial buildings, small, family owned shops. Thus far, no one has been hurt, though several thousands of dollars in merchandise have been taken, as well as damages. Police warn citizens not to put themselves in harms way. If you see the thefts taking place do not engage. Call the police immediately. Anyone with any information regarding the break-ins is urged to call police.
