You must get here as quickly as you can. The Malfoys and most of the Zabinis are gone; they went home for a wedding and only sent back some of the older boys and girls from their household troops. Lucius Malfoy, Charis Malfoy, Mercutio Zabini and Aelia Zabini have been kept at home, along with Alastor and Gentian Moody. And of course Isabella Zabini was sent home on a medical excuse, although if crying a lot means you're ill, we could send home half the first-year class.

In addition to this, the Farrylls are gone. There was a demon banished Saturday morning and I heard Estrid Farryll egging it on in her own language. She and her sister have left school and they took another girl with them who is also fey. Professor Gardiner informed me this morning that they were leaving and said I was not to mention it to other people until Goyle chose to explain it, but I think we do know where their loyalties lie.

Something must be done. The Malfoys and the Farrylls know something. I am very afraid for everyone who has been left behind. At least I have been able to put a stop to the vicious rumours about the Jews. They went away for the weekend too for one of their pagan holidays, but they all came back. Mudbloods are so stupid! Why in the world would the Jews help Grindelwald?
