And though our health we drank a thousand times Who: Bradley and Hap Where: Hap's place When: Noon
With the way the weather was acting up, Bradley could help but imagine Linnea flailing about like an excited kid before skipping about outside. Preferably nude. All followed by his element lecturing him about daydreaming about "that water elemental" again. At least earth made a good point about fantasizing while prepping food. Slicing off a finger would be bad. Bradley had spent most of the morning cooking up a pasta casserole to bring over to the Sanderson household. It had been a while since he had seen Hap and the little kiddos anyways. Ok, so they weren't little anymore. Closer to Eva's age or there abouts.
He still worried about his daughter and the situation that went on back in Florida. There was not a damn thing Bradley could do about it and that concerned him. At least Eva was having fun tonight with a friend over. A guy friend. That sort of threw him off for a loop, but when he heard about this Locke, he figured the guy couldn't be all that bad. Someone who was actually interested in classic films was good in his book. Eva would be fine while he was gone at Hap'd place. She had the whole place to herself and Bean was enough entertainment for years.
Getting to Hap's house was a different story. Bike was his preferred mode of transportation, but with the weather, he opted not to. While it was annoying, Bradley caved in and called up a cab to ride on over to his friend's place, casserole dish in hand and walked on over to the door to ring the doorbell.
