The more Graham said about Kizzy, the more grateful she was for Iris. Lucy's familiar was very mellow - lazy was probably more accurate, but Lucy found it hard to think anything negative of Iris - and would certainly never be mistaken for a pest. "At least you can take your familiar with you wherever you go," she pointed out, and the idea of all the shit Kizzy could give Graham when following him around 24/7 was enough to keep Lucy grinning for a long time. It made her want to give Kizzy the moth equivalent of a cookie for a job well done.
Still, she was just a little jealous, even though she was thinking my familiar could totally eat your familiar to herself. People didn't take well to her bringing a very large snake with her when she went out, and though Lucy didn't usually care what other people thought when she'd made up her mind to do something, most places were perfectly within their rights to ask her and the boa to leave. The assholes. Though at least she could take Iris to Aeaea the next time she went. The snake could probably do with a little field trip, and Lucy thought Bia would probably like to meet her.
"Aww, she has a crush on you. Don't worry, Kizzy, he's all yours. You had him first, after all." And she was utterly not interested - even if they actually seemed to be sort-of kind-of getting along at the moment, and how weird was that? - but it was more fun to get encourage the little moth if it made Graham twitch.
