Well damn... that had to be the easiest real estate deal she had ever made her entire undead life. And she quite liked that, actually. Made her job front a hell of a lot easier than it usually ways. Nikita found it to be a pain in the ass when dealing with humans who weren't entirely sure with what they want. Katsuo was by far a man who knew what he wanted in life and Nikita had to respect that, whether he was a male or not.
Then Katsuo made a rather... intriguing comment. Something about bringing in a collection of swords, which was fine, but made note about its arrival being illegal, or potentially illegal. That grabbed the brunette's attention. She was no stranger to illegal shipments, seeing that she had lived the entire Cold War doing just that. Typically, Nikita wouldn't had offered the man any further assistance, but he was purchasing the best model in her complex, so she had to be somewhat hospitable.
Leaning over to pop one of her drawers open, she retrieved a business card from inside. It was mostly blank, save for several telephone numbers that were printed on the heavy paper. After scribbling down the cost and his appropriate room number, she slid the card in the direction of the man. "That's your final estimate per month along with your room number," Nikita explained while punching in a few numbers to her landline phone. "Oh, and if your interests are of the illegal variety, especially with shipping, feel free to call one of those numbers. They all lead to me and I'm sure I can figure something- Cecilia? Ah yes, can you grab me the keys for room 1202S? Thank you, darling." Hanging up the phone, she eased back into her chair and simply smiled at Katsuo, finally flashing her fangs in his direction.
