Tilting his head, Brian cracked a smile as he narrowed his eyes just a bit. He wasn't reading her thoughts, right now, not exactly, but he still got very broad and general waves of what was going through her mind. The idea of somehow freaking her out suddenly made itself into an objective for Brian. "Good to see you believe me, though I guess if you didn't I wouldn't need to read your mind since I'd probably have your fist on my nose right about now." He commented casually.
He tilted his head to the other side, considering what Rowan was saying, and nodded. "More power to you, really, there's no sense in trying to fight it, only leads to headaches I guess. And you're right, what's fucked up in all of this is that it's not like you provoked all the sick shit in your life." He furrowed his brow, blinking.
"It just occurred to me that it's not just you either. People usually make fun of other people, or treat them like shit, more for things they have no control over, than for shit they actually did. Like, I don't know, race, sexuality, physical aspect in general... It's not someone's fault they're so fucking ugly they're like the sun: painful to look at directly." He looked back at her. "How come I never got this before?"
