In the back of her mind, Tessa did remember about Kismet, and the fact that Graham's familiar happened to be a gypsy moth. Poor, poor guy. When she'd arrived home from their last date, Inaki had actually refused to talk to her until the next morning, if only because they'd left him behind with the moth. Tessa had promptly told the fox to take the stick out of his ass and she went to bed. Really, Inaki got offended over the smallest of things sometimes.
Tessa wondered what Graham would say to Jace about the situation, the fact that the three of them were all connected - and then wished she'd be there to see the look on his face. That, in and of itself, would be worth it in her opinion. But those thoughts were distant in her mind now, wanting to focus on Graham and the fact that he'd called her like he said he would. It wasn't often people managed to keep promises to Tessa - unless, of course, it was from Troy - so the fact that Graham had made her happy. Hell, Graham in general made her happy.
"And I do enjoy that about you." She leaned back against the couch, Inaki stirring a little at the other end, but otherwise staying asleep. Tessa let out a breathy little giggle, full blown smirking at Graham's words. "Oh really now? Why am I not surprised at that?" Hearing the tone of Graham's voice made her breathing pick up a little, remembering the feel of his lips against hers. Oh yeah, she could definitely see that. "Maybe someday I'll get to experience that firsthand."
