A gentle smile grew on her lips upon hearing her father's words, just nodding her head against him when he mentioned how happy he was to see her. And she was, too! It had been far too long since she had seen her parents. This was all overdue, that was for sure. But they were here now and Aetheria felt that much happier and safer in her life. She even barely giggled upon hearing her mother say something about destroying all the people who had harmed the twins. Oh good god, and she would, too. Piss Diana off enough and there would be the biggest thunderstorm in history forever. Aetheria even wondered what happened to poor Greece while all the siblings were gone, because she couldn't possibly be happy enough to summon gentle breezes. Hopefully not too many ships crashed into the shores.
But the sad part was that someone did hurt her. She couldn't even remember who or if they were still around, but they were the one who took her voice. Blinking away her tears, she looked over to both her mother and father and patted at her throat gently, her small fingers tracing over the scar that was there. She did he best to hide it with make-up, but keen eyes always spotted it, because hello! It was a massive scar. She was happy to know she was able to walk away from that disaster with her life intact. But now wasn't the time to cry over that, because there were much happier things to be had at hand, like reuniting with her parents. She could deal with not talking just to spend time with them. Besides, Aurora could always talk for her.
Aetheria! What's going on? Looked like Kiana finally caught up with them, which meant Neveah couldn't be that far behind. The little chickadee flew on over to her mistress, circling above before finally landing on the air elemental's head. What's wrong? Why are you crying? Did they people hurt you?
No no. Far from it. These are my parents, Aetheria mentally responded to the bird, who in turn flicked her head back and forth to examine Diana and Barnabas, then chirped happily as she looked to both. Hi there!
