Now he wanted to... fly? Aetheria blinked, a bit perplexed at his statement, but her whimsical mind went crazy. Her mother had always told her and her siblings stories from ancient times. Most people had known them as myths, but for Aetheria they were far more than that. Hearing someone being able to fly wasn't so far fetched for her, not when she grew up on tales of the titans and nymphs and monsters. The possibilities were endless! Maybe Harley could sprout wings and fly around at will. Or maybe he owned a pair of magical sandals with wings on them and he could fly that way. Or maybe he was able to command the winds enough and have the air sprites carry him about, just like her mother was able to do.
Either way, he totally had the girl's attention and she was giddy to boot. Squirming about, she inched over closer to Harley with a smile on her lips. Once she was close enough, she leaned in to whisper to him, "Fly?" It didn't hit her that, hurhur, maybe he was a were-bird of some sort and that's what he meant. It didn't bother her one bit either that he was potentially a supernatural like herself. She was used to being around supernaturals her entire life. Was far more unusual to be around those who were against them. What was there to be against? Nothing wrong with being a supernatural.
