At first Aetheria didn't entirely catch eye of the young man watching her. She was too caught up in playing on her flute and with the wind to even notice. It wasn't until Kiana began chirping a bit more than usual that the air elemental paused to look on up. The second she stopped playing the wind died down, leaving nothing but a slight natural breeze on and off. After smoothing out her tousled hair, Aetheria batted her eyelashes to look over her audience of one.
Aww, he's smiling! He must have been watching me play. How sweet of him. Aetheria couldn't help but smile back. It was always such a delightful experience to meet new people in the town, especially outside of the mansion. There were barely a handful that she did run into, and most were simply workers at the ice cream parlor. This could have been perhaps her first meet with someone one-on-one . With that in mind, she had to make it a successful one.
Placing her flute down, she jumped up to her feet, smoothing her dress out in the process. As she approached the boy, it was then that she realized that... well, he was quite taller than her. Typical. Being 5'2" never had any benefits, unless being able to curl up into a duffel bag with ease was one. Once she was standing before him, Aetheria continued to smile and gave a friendly wave to him, hoping she wouldn't scare him off.
