The woods, good, she had remembered that right. That was a rarity for something that had happened last year, when everything had flipped completely upside down and left her questioning way more than she ever wanted to again.
"Oh it's okay not to remember me, I'm not that remarkable," Alanna grinned. She never took things like that personally, knowing better. So long as someone did not remember her because they thought she was fun to threaten or make squeak - her brother thought it was hilarious to sneak up on her and get a squeak out - Alanna did not mind. "Alanna Faulman, that's me. I moved into this part of the city too, just in January. Figured it'd be a good place to hang out in since a lot of the people are friendly." A few frightening ones, yes, but they were everywhere and Alanna had accepted that she was never going to get away from there. Thinking about it, her dark eyes darted around the street quickly, checking on the people who were around to make sure there was no one threatening, or worse, blocking her path.
