Finally, someone who used Facebook and still stayed sane! The only application Adam was really fond of was the Bumper Stickers one, only because that became addictive after a while, searching through page after page of ridiculous sayings. Though he didn't quite get why a majority of them were of Edward Cullen. "Now, you do realize I'll be expecting a friend request in my inbox at some point this evening."
Adam didn't regret his education, not at all. Though it had its awkward moments, he knew that he'd made the best decision he could, that he was in the best place he could be. His appetite for knowledge was still insatiable, even when he had his master's under his belt. But he'd been able to recognize at a young age, too, that his genius set him apart from a lot of people. At least Ross wasn't intimidated by it, like a lot of his former classmates had been.
He laughed, turning behind him to dig through the cabinet behind him. After a moment, he emerged with a couple of paper plates - just out of the package, of course - and two forks. Plastic, but hey, whatever worked. "Best birthday lunch ever," he agreed. Some people wanted some fancy meal on their birthday, whereas Adam was still young enough to want cake and ice cream and maybe, if he could swing it, decent french fries. Maybe later tonight. "You brought the cake, I can cut it." He did so, plating a slice, "I get the first one, though."
