Upon hearing that he didn't mind her looking over his tattoos some more, Calista leaned in further to eye them. She might have been shy when Quentin was complimenting her, but she was far from shy when it came to everything else. Her hands were right back to his arm to run over the colorful ink, then slowly tugged on his shirt to reveal even more. It kept her smiling for him, that was for sure.
"No, I don't think I could be a fashion designer. Way too fast for my tastes." She had watched Project Runway a few times in the past and was completely blown away that some designers could make such elegant dresses in just twenty four hours. It would have taken Calista an entire month, if not longer to do something at that caliber. "I actually bake part-time at a little Greek-Italian bakery in the area called Torte di Angeli. I'm in there really early to do the morning bake, so unless you want to roll out of bed at four am, I doubt you'll see me there." Her hands slowly pulled one of Quentin's sleeves up completely to examine the tattoo more closely. "Oh, and I work for my parents, too. That's more of my full-time job than anything else."
She would have continued, but she paused to stare at his tattoo with immense interest. Calista had no qualms with telling people what exactly she and her family did, especially since the Light of May. Hell, it was a great way to promote the business. When she was done staring, Calista sat back up straight and tugged his sleeve back down, completely forgetting where she was going with her conversation.
