Colin sat back down in the chair, heaving out a useless sigh and raking his hair out of his eyes. "Okay, I told you my bloodline is crazy, right?" he explained. "That's because we're seers. Premonitions of the future, visions, seeing the past from touching people or things. And-" he shrugged. "That's how. When I touched you, I saw one of your memories. Sorry, I know better, I just- forgot."
That really wasn't the word for his lapse in judgment, but it was close enough. "It could have been worse. At least it was something good." Not like the things he often saw when he touched people. Or bit them.
Fuck, there was so much screwed up in his unlife, he didn't even know where to start explaining. "I suck at the premonition part," he added after a minute. "I've only had two visions of the future the whole time and they were just vague impressions. But this whole touch-see thing? Yeah, I've learned to keep my hands to myself. It's crowded enough up in my head, thanks."
