He frowned at her and was half tempted to just stop, but he doubted that would make her happy so he let out a sigh. "Alright." Evan shrugged. "Just the water."
That pouty face? Yeah. Real big turn off right there when it wasn’t being used in a teasing sort of way. “Just... forget it,” she started to pull away, shaking her head a little, obviously disappointed.
"Fine." he muttered. "Be mad, yeah, that's the exact opposite of what we're supposed to be doing." Evan reminded her. "You tell me that sex with me this time feels 'odd' and I'm supposed to be like 'oh okay, cool' and keep going?"
“I’m not mad. You’re pouting and that’s not exactly a turn on,” she shrugged her shoulders. She really wasn’t mad at him – well maybe a tiny bit. “I appreciate that you’re being considerate but after I explained, you went all mopey on me. And I have no clue why you would even need to do that.” She was just dreadfully confused.
"Because, Dorcas. Odd? Not exactly a turn on either." Evan told her. "I've heard my... abilities being called a couple of things but 'odd' doesn't really boost my ego, baby. What do you expect?"
