this is my happy family Who: Katia, Kristen, Missy and Nikita (NPC Silvia) Where: Vostrikova household When: Morning
Missy considered herself to be an early riser, but she was not the first one awake that morning. She had felt the bed shift as the comfortable weight at her back left and had murmured quietly before drifting back off until her alarm forced her up and out of bed. There was nothing unusual or noteworthy about the steps of her morning routine; she picked out her outfit, brushed her teeth - made no faces at herself - took a shower, got dressed and flipped through her text messages as she made her way down the stairs to the kitchen where she could hear the soft chatter of conversation. Idly she wondered who else was awake and - what was that she was smelling? Rounding the corner she spotted the reason for the scents of breakfast: Annie had set out a small breakfast for the living members of the house. Who were still rubbing sleep out of their eyes as they murmured thank you's and began to dig in. Missy's stomach did not even give a rumble as she passed by the smallest one, bending down to press a kiss on the top of Kristen's head as she did so. There was the slightest pang of hunger at the scent of the young girl's blood, but Missy could see her own breakfast waiting in a glass next to... she did not give her face permission to, but she smiled brightly nonetheless as she stepped up behind the brunette who had been studying what might be the newspaper. The scent was familiar - it was the one that had covered the bed - and it felt like the most natural thing in the world for Missy to slide her arms around Nikita's waist and press a kiss to her neck.
"Good morning everyone," Missy said to the room at large, shifting so that only one arm was on Nikita's waist so that she could reach out and retrieve the glass that had not yet been touched. Oh and it had a bit of heat to it and everything. "Mmm, Annie, you are a delight." The blonde smiled at the assistant, or whatever her official title might be, before taking another drink. Once again there was no hesitation or thoughts of anything but how good it tasted and how it satisfied the twinges of hunger that she had been feeling upon waking. Everything was simply... pleasant this morning. Isn't it always? It was hard for Missy to think that it might be anything else right then, with everyone there in the kitchen having their breakfast. Her arm tightened around Nikita's waist, a finger idly toying with the high-end fabric. "Does anyone have any plans for today?" Personally, she could not remember anything that she had to do other than go to work, but that was something she did nearly every day. The news had to happen every day or else people could get rather irritable.
