As Rose began wriggling in her arms Arwen gently set her down, allowing the little girl to go crazy and fawn over Fantine properly. Arwen smirked faintly at her sister's offer, having to feel a little bit of pride. Apparently the kids weren't the only ones pleased with the idea of the horse.
'I do,' Fantine confirmed happily, moving to eat the apple out of Emilia's hand. 'Thank you.'
"I'm going to keep her here as long as I can get away with it," Arwen said. "We may have to look at stables once the winter comes. Or if my neighbors freak out."
'How could they?' Fantine asked, with a flick of her tail. 'I'm gorgeous and everyone loves you. Emilia, perhaps I could offer you and the children a ride down to the river. They'll be in no danger of falling with their mother to support them, and Arwen doesn't mind a little mud.'
