So you have a horse? Who: Arwen and Emilia plus NPC!kidlets Where: Arwen's place When: Late afternoon
"Auntie Arwen!" came the happy chirp from the backseat as Emilia put on her blinker to turn into the drive. It still surprised her that Alexander already recognized the surroundings of Arwen's home since she had not even been there a year. But she supposed that it was the sort of thing little children memorized fast; places that they were happy at. Both of her children loved all of their aunts and going to visit them. They were more used to Nysa - they were currently staying with her as they usually did at least once a month - but they loved Emilia's sisters just as much. Which was why Rose was bouncing in her carseat and Alexander was looking out the window with a smile on his face as he kept poking at the window and saying Arwen's name over and over again. Now and then a garbled form of "Arwen" could be heard from his sister, making Emilia smile. It was leaps and bounds better than the car trips where one of them was screaming and leaving her with a strong desire to tear all of her hair out.
"And Grandma Emily," she reminded them as she put the car into park. She was unsure whether or not her mother would be here, but if she was then she wanted them both to be prepared. They adored the older Kavanagh. Of course it might have been a mistake to say because it made Rose that much more wriggly and she nearly dropped her when she wrestled her out of her car seat. Alexander was easier, though he did bolt for the door the second she set him down. "Hey! Be careful!" He had a bad habit of tripping over his own feet and had a fading scratch mark on his forehead to prove it. Rose refused to be head, whining until Emilia set her down and let her make her own way towards the door.
The whole way Emilia kept turning her attention between her kids and searching the area for the horse that Arwen had texted her about. She was all but dying to meet the creature. I bet they take offense to being called creature... With a shrug - it was not like anyone else in the family could read minds - Emily caught up to the children and rang the doorbell. She even sang out an "Aaaaaarweeeeeeen." It always showed when she was in a good mood and staying at Nysa's was a definite way to put her there.
