Just having a look around
Who: Rina, Trouble and ~*OPEN*~
Where: Outside of SOHS
When: Early evening
'It's about time!'
Rina blinked and gave her purse a shake. It did not feel any heavier than it had been when she had finished packing it, but... the zipper was open just a little. And through that small opening she could see a pair of large, green eyes framed by fur. She had not given her familiar permission to come with her to the high school, but it seemed that Trouble did not feel bothered by these things. No, the small cat had decided that she wanted to come and so she had inserted herself into the purse and not made her presence known until they were already there. Rina thought that it was distinctly unfair that familiars could sense their angels, but the opposite was not true. "I don't remember inviting you."
'I invited me. I'm worried about Darklis too!'
"I'm not just here because of Darklis." Though Rina was very, very, very worried about her cousin, there were others who were in need of her as well. Daisy had reminded her of that by showing up at her front step. Just because one of her wards who also happened to be her cousin went missing did not give her permission to go and ignore all of the rest. Multiple students who had gone missing in whatever was happening behind that dome were supposed to be her responsibility.
'You know you can't follow them all around. It's pretty much impossible for you to do anything about.' Her purse was wriggling and a small head popped out of the partially open zipper. Trouble blinked her eyes as she peered around. 'And yes it is the point. It is. Don't argue with me!' A small paw - claws extended - dug into her arm until Rina stopped thinking that no it was not the point. She stopped thinking it, but still...
"Ow! Alright! You are a furry little savage." Rina helped Trouble out and set her up on her shoulder. Yet that was not a good enough vantage point for the cat. Instead she made her way up to the top of Rina's head, paying no mind to the small marks she left on the side of her face. Rina was getting very used to having them. "Now are you going to behave while I look around?"
'Are you?'
Rina frowned as a person passed by, eyes rimmed in red. They were worried about someone, but... they were also not one of hers. She could sense those dotting this space around her and she could not decide which way to turn first. Not that it was very easy to turn, there were so many people. Not as many as had been here when it first started, but enough to make her feel uncomfortable. Rina just did not do crowds. And yet here she was, about to try and do something for someone just so that she was not cooped up in the house staring at Darklis' disturbing pieces of art and worrying herself sick over the fate of her cousin. Going up on her tiptoes she tried to spot the person who she had just sensed walking by - and was set stumbling into someone else entirely when something crashed into her back.
While Rina would have never shouted at anyone - she was busy smiling nervously and offering an apology to the man who she had nearly knocked over - Trouble would. And did. 'Watch where you're going!!! You nearly knocked her over!' The cat's fur was stood on end and had Rina been able to see her she would have informed her she looked like a very fluffy marshmallow.
