It wasn't that Jo thought Sam shouldn't be here, at all. He was pack now, or on his way to be, and this was a pack matter. The thing was, Jo knew he didn't really do well with crowds. Hell, she could see it right now, she had seen it when she had first laid eyes on him today before calling him over to her. Jo didn't want to expose him to that any more than necessary. When he nodded Jo did the same, snatching the car keys out of her pocket. "Okay then, come on" After shoving her pencils and sketchbook into her bag Jo got to her feet, car keys dangling from her ring finger.
Before they began wading through the crowd Jo looked back and smiled. "If you need to you can put your hand on my shoulder to navigate the crowd. Or you can find me by scent if we get lost, obviously." Then she started towards the car. It wasn't that hard to go from wheere she had been to the car, but it had still meant having to wade through a good number of people. Jo got to the car with a huff, leaning against the door before turning to see if Sam was there or getting close.
