Venus nodded slightly and brought her legs over the side of the stretcher. If he was getting off work that soon, perhaps she needed to make herself scarce and let him do what he needed to do. "Okay," she agreed. "I'm parked behind the McDonalds down the street." And she probably had a good two or three parking tickets by now, but she'd paid bigger prices for a story in the past - stories that had absolutely nothing to do with her. Finding a legal parking spot had honestly been kind of low on her priority list last night.

"I'll head to the corner and wait for you there. We can walk to the car together," she offered, slowly pushing back onto her sore feet. She had a feeling a nap was going to have to come before any scrying attempts. Maybe she could talk him into one, too.
