Today had been pretty awesome for Lotti, for all intents and purposes. She had settled into a routine at school and this week in particular excited her because it led up to homecoming. Today they had been allowed to wear pajamas, which she was slipping back into in her room. It was a little bit of a joke, the things that she had picked to wear, seeing as she was sure that everyone knew that she was a werewolf. She hadn't been particularly loud about it, but she'd told the people who mattered. Her friends knew, and if they didn't like it, they'd yet to mention it, at least to her face. People could be like that, but Lotti just let it all roll of her back. After school, she'd gone outside to run, an activity she'd taken to doing every day since she'd gotten her true form back. She needed to run, to be out and about in her white wolf form -- it was cathartic in a way that she had come to rely on.
Today though, she had run a lot longer than she had planned. Lotti was hungry, and the sound of someone calling out as she finished putting her slippers on drew her attention. Popping out her door, Lotti trotted down the hall and downstairs, stopping to see that Jo was sitting out in the living room. "Meeeeeee!" She rushed over and squeezed her sister in a quick hug before she ran back into the kitchen. "Gotta make some food, I'm starving!" That sandwich that Jo was working on made Lotti want one, and she set about to making one as quickly as possible so she could sit with her and they could both eat. Once she was done, some time later, she bounced back into the living room and took a seat, digging into her food. She chewed and swallowed before speaking, but she took her time with it, barely taking much note of the show that was on the t.v.
"I feel like this might constitute as 'spoiling my dinner' but I kinda don't care right now, you know? Long run was long." She took another huge bite and worked on it for a little while before she bumped her shoulder into Jo's. "How was your day?" She asked, eyes dancing. It was actually sort of nice getting the house relatively to themselves for the moment.
