Bad thoughts, bad thoughts. Bella was willing to bet Odin was strong, and the idea of him catching her was enough to bring color to her cheeks. She really hoped the dim lighting of the place was enough to cover that up. She was starting to wonder if all the close contact of it was going to be a good idea, though. Did she want to be close to him? Oh yes, more than she cared to admit, but she was just bound to make an idiot of herself. She busied herself with taking a quick glance over the menu, an ordered edamame for an appetizer, and a bowl of wonton soup. These were two of her favorites, and she figured probably some of the least likely choices for her to end up throwing up if her nerves won out.
The idea of dancing, strangely, didn't really scare her that much. She'd read once that earth elementals were natural dancers. They connected with drums naturally, so she was just going to go ahead and count on that. It was the closeness that was intimidating. Exciting, but intimidating. After the waiter left, she managed another bright smile in Odin's direction. "So, you and your brother just moved to Scarlet Oak, right? Do you have family here?"
